Resiliency...this is the most powerful quality of the human spirit. I work with clients to help them realize and expand upon this quality.

 

So often it is suffering that pushes us to reach out for help. We experience depression and anxiety and grief, and we often feel alone in this struggle. Therapy is a way of connecting with someone who can support you in these difficult times and help you find ways of coping that lead to growth, insight, and understanding.
